Du Group is a privately held investment holding company based in Hong Kong. We take long-term stakes in private companies, alongside selected listed securities, investing our own capital for our own account — with patience, concentration and discretion.
A private holding company, deliberately kept simple.
Du Group holds and manages a portfolio of investments — principally equity stakes in private companies, complemented by listed securities — on a proprietary basis. The company is privately owned and operates from Hong Kong, with activity and relationships across Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea.
The structure is deliberately lean: a single balance sheet, permanent capital, and no external obligations beyond its own. Decisions are made slowly, sized carefully, and reviewed against years rather than quarters.
We are not an asset manager, fund, or advisory firm. Du Group does not manage third-party capital, does not solicit investment from the public, and conducts no activity requiring a licence from the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
